Numerous applications are capable of viewing scanned image output from Objective Imaging scanners, either natively or converted to third-party formats. See below for details on some of the popular solutions.
- OISwsViewer
The OISwsViewer application is the Objective Imaging software to load and view our native Workspace format (.sws) on a local Windows PC. This can be downloaded from our website and is free to use: http://www.objectiveimaging.com/download/software.php

- OIWorkspaceConverter
This application allows conversion of workspaces to popular third-party formats: Hamamatsu .ndpi, Aperio .svs and pyramidal BigTiff .tif. This is also freely available to download and use: http://www.objectiveimaging.com/download/software.php - Media Cybernetics Image Pro Premier
This natively supports the Workspace format (.sws) and is also a Windows-based platform for local viewing. - Aperio ImageScope
Converted .svs files as well as BigTiff (.tif) images produced by Objective Imaging scanners can be viewed in the Aperio ImageScope software which is available here: http://www.leicabiosystems.com/digital-pathology/digital-pathology-management/imagescope/
- EasyZoom
This is a browser-based cloud viewing service. Scans can be output natively to the EasyZoom (.szi) format, or the Workspace (.sws) images can be post-converted and used with this service. This is a browser-based viewer, capable of both cloud and local viewing on a network. Within the Workspace (.sws) output is a .aci file used for conversion to Zoomify (.zif) format, further details available on the Zoomify website: http://www.zoomify.com
- Objective Pathology ObjectiveView
This is free software and is Windows/Mac compatible, capable of both local and network viewing. It can view BigTiff (.tif) images produced by Objective Imaging software as well as Zoomify (.zif) images which can be converted as outlined above, further details on their website: http://www.objectivepathology.com
